Welcome to ICIER Conference 2020 This year, we are concerned about COVID-19. As your safety is our priority, we think that we must comply with the calls of the world health organization and the decisions of the Northern Cyprus government. Therefore, we decided to make ICIER, which will include international speakers, online. Besides the online opening ceremony, online keynote speeches will be interactively presented in the form of webinars on NEU tv and youtube channel. Oral and poster presentations will be online on the google meet environment. Through Google Meet, 250 people will be able to attend each session. This means a large number of viewers and participants will be able to connect. We hope to see you at a ICIER Virtual Conference 2020 with the theme “Reflection on 21st Century skills, smart learning environments and digitalization in education.” ICIER 2020 Organizing Committee.
